Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zone Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Kamal Tiwari Vs Union of India & Others dated 27/05/2025.

The Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Chief Wildlife Warden, Rajasthan stated that a high level meeting to review the progress on the demarcation of Nahargarh Wildlife Sanctuary for which a committee of more than 9 persons have been constituted is doing its work and the committee has submitted a report.  The report is being verified with the wildlife department. The report with maps will be finalised within a short time and thus the state of Rajasthan sought  sought two months time for digitalization and identification of the record. The court agreeing to the request set the next date of hearing to September 8, 2025.
