Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ajit Kumar Dhal Vs The State of Odisha & Others dated 15/04/2021. The matter related to dumping of fly ash over land and ponds in the area (Mouza-Junarimunda, District Jharsuguda) by M/s Vedanta Limited thereby completely destroying the land and environment.

The NGT directed all the respondents to file their response before the next date of court hearing, May 4, 2021.
