Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pavit Singh Vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Others dated 18/08/2016 regarding unauthorized constructions on the land falling under Khasra No. 687/570, IGNOU road, Neb Sarai, New Delhi and the land adjacent to various streets of Harijan Basti area, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, a ridge area.

Tribunal notes that since "passing of the order in November, 2014 nothing, except examining the issue of executing the order and construction of boundary wall to the extent of 928m running in Khasra No. 687/570, has happened and find that the inaction on the part of the Deputy Commissioner, South Delhi amounts to avoidance of his obligations to execute the Judicial orders".
