Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dhiren Chhikara Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 27/03/2019 regarding air pollution being caused in Harijan Basti, Rajokri Pahadi, Delhi where garbage is being burnt by the DBC Warehouse.

The NGT directs a Joint Committee of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and the SDM, Rajokri to look into the matter and furnish a factual and action taken report within one month.
