Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of M/S Sree Durga Bricks & Others Vs Joydeep Mukherjee & Others dated 18/04/2016 regarding brick fields in operation without getting consent to establish and consent to operate from the Pollution Control Board, West Bengal, 18/04/2016. All these cases have been filed for extension of time to deposit the compensation amount ranking from Rs. 1 lakh l to 1.50 lakh, as the case may be. The further prayer made is for issuing a direction to the Board to deal with the applications for consent to operate expeditiously.
