Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding Krishna Devi & Others Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 11/01/2022. Grievance in the application is against illegal operation of a sanitaryware manufacturing unit in a residential area, Jagatpuri Extension, Delhi.

The NGT directed the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to undertake a visit to the site and after verification of facts take remedial action, following due process of law. An action taken report has to be filed with the Registrar General, NGT.
