Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of M/s SNG Metal Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Haryana State Pollution Control Board dated 03/07/2015 regarding pollution caused by M/s SNG Metal Pvt. Ltd. The industry was closed on account of the quality of the effluent from the outlet of the ETP exceeding certain parameters, namely, COD, Ph, Suspended solids and phosphates vide show cause notice dated 7th January, 2015.
