Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Digvijay Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 07/08/2015 regarding pollution caused by textile units of Balotra, Bithuja and Jasol of Barmer District, Rajasthan.

The Tribunal also wanted to know whether all members of the CETP Trust not having ETP are shut or not in consequence to the order passed in that regard.
