Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Nizamuddin West Association Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/03/2019 regarding pollution in the Yamuna river due to Barapulla drain.

The Apex Court directs the appelant to move the Committee which was formed to monitor the directions issued by the NGT with regard to pollution in the river Yamuna and the drains adjoining the river Yamuna.
