Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Abir Phukan Vs Union of India & Others dated 09/03/2018 regarding illegal activities in forests and tiger reserves of India. Counsel for the petitioner has suggested certain solutions for saving of tiger, elephants and leopards. Supreme Court directs the Petitioner to give a detailed note with regard to each solution so that the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change can look into it.
