Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 30/07/2018 regarding Taj Trapezium Zone. M.C. Mehta has suggested that the TTZ Authority needs to be revampled. Attorney General and Tushar Mehta, Additional Solicitor General for the State of Uttar Pradesh has stated that they will take instructions in this regard but are open to any suggestions made by M. C. Mehta. Supreme Court directs M. C. Mehta to give the suggestions within three weeks.
