NEW DELHI: The Annual Plan for Maharashtra for 2010-11 was finalised at Rs. 37,916 crore at a meeting between Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Chief Minister Ashok Chavan here on Thursday.
