Lucknow: Over 50 labourers and technicians were feared trapped under thousands of tonnes of concrete and steel when the newly constructed 210 metre high concrete chimney at Parichha Thermal Power Project in Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh, collapsed on Monday afternoon.
