Singur, July 3: Members of the committee set up to facilitate the return of land in Singur today said plots would not be given back from the 27 acres in Singherbheri mouza, near the Durgapur Expressway.

A committee member said the 27 acres formed the front portion of the abandoned Tata small-car factory.
