Bokaro gets tusker task force
Bokaro, Feb. 9: Having failed to rein in straying elephants, forest officials are now banking on villagers to lend them a helping hand.
Village protection committees in Petarwar, Kasmar, Gomia and Jaridih have been entrusted with the task of preventing the elephants from entering the villages, destroying crops and damaging houses.
