JOWAI: Cattle smuggling is rampant along the Meghalaya- Bangladesh border. Hundreds of cattle -heads are smuggled to Bangladesh via Kuliang, Dona, Umkiang and Ratacherra villages daily and the illegal business is a cause of serious concern for BSF personnel in the area.
