Bovikkanam (Kasaragod): Communist Party of India (Marxist) State secretary Pinarayi Vijayan has asked the Union government to announce an effective rehabilitation package for Endosulfan victims. The Centre should announce a rehabilitation package to supplement the assistance rendered by the State.
