Vijayawada, April 4: The Communist Party of India (CPI) state secretary, Mr K. Narayana, has emphasised the need for the intervention of the Prime Minister, Mr Manmohan Singh, to find an amicable solution to the Krishna surplus waters dispute between Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
