SHILLONG, Jan 13: Lapses in implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) have prompted the Union Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) to stop allocating funds to Meghalaya.

The ministry recently found that the Public Works Department (PWD) was not able to implement the scheme properly.
