In a fresh attempt to cut down delays in implementation of National Highway Projects, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has decided to appoint Executive Directors (EDs) at Guwahati, besides seven other zones all over the country, Union Ministry of Road Transport and National Highway, Kamal Nath announced here this afternoon.
