JAMMU: Though the State Government has flagged tapping of available hydro-electric potential in time bound manner as priority sector yet it failed to get the work on Stage-II of the Baglihar Hydroelectric Project on river Chenab started during the past over six months despite the fact that the project has received all sorts of clearances from different quarters.
