ROING, Oct 4: With the inauguration of 24 hour check gate at Ezengo-2 kms off Roing town by Local MLA Laeta Umbrey, a weeklong wildlife programme was launched here today in presence of Lower Dibang Valley Deputy Commissioner YW Ringu, HoDs, PRI leaders, senior citizens and villagers.
