PHULBANI: Farmers in Phulbani district are having a harrowing time in the absence of adequate godowns and cold storage to preserve agricultural produce.

The only cold storage in G. Udaygiri is in a dilapidated state and the few godowns available fail to serve the purpose, as farmers are forced to sell their produce for less.
