Jodhpur: In a major setback to the state government, the Rajasthan High Court on Monday stayed the allotment process of 1,117 sandstone mining leases at Sihanda in Balesar tehsil of Jodhpur district.
The leases were being granted without taking the environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF).
