Hyderabad, July 20: The Chief Minister, Mr K. Rosaiah, on Tuesday, called upon farmers to make use of the weather-based crop insurance scheme.

Mr Rosaiah said that the government has decided to extend the scheme to other districts and crops like cotton, oil palm and sweet lime after the pilot project for the chilli crop in Guntur yielded good results.
