KOLKATA: A major fire broke out in a private petrochemical company's warehouse containing plastic granules at Haldia town in West Bengal's Purba Medinipur district on Monday.

There was no report of any casualty.

According to District Magistrate Archana, the fire broke out in one corner of the 3,000 sq ft warehouse of South Asian Petrochemicals Limited and spread rapidly due to the inflammabl
