LUCKNOW: Ambedkar Sthal, the dream project of Mayawati government appeared as Helen's necklace for the state capital, said Justice AK Roopanwal of the full bench of the high court while asking the opponents of the said project if the dwellers residing in the vicinity of the sthal face any environmental hazard.
