Bangalore: Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda on Friday said the commercial operations of Namma Metro’s Reach-1 (Byappanahalli-MG Road) would begin before September 25 and that the safety certificate, the last hurdle before commissioning, is expected before September 15.
