NEW DELHI: The India Meteorological Department on Friday forecast that over the next one week, rainfall activity over western, central and peninsular parts of the country is likely to remain subdued, even as Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and the north eastern region could continue to experience enhanced rainfall.
