BHUBANESWAR: Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal has urged Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik not to sterilise coal-bearing areas by taking up infrastructure projects in view of the increasing coal demand to meet the requirement of power generation in the country.
