Nobel laureate and chairman of Inter-Governmental Plan on Climate Change (IPCC) Dr R K Pachauri has proposed a joint plan between Government of Karnataka and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to reduce power consumption in Vidhana Soudha and Vikas Soudha.
