In complete defiance of the High Court order, Village Panchyats (VPs) have done nothing to either set up composting stations or collect plastic and dispose it off.
The inspection report of the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) submitted to the Court on Monday indicated that VPs are yet to realise the gravity of the problem.
