Amla chutney : Heat a teaspoon of oil and add mustard seeds and one or two dried red chillies. When the seeds start sputtering, add a glass of water and five to six fruits. Add a pinch of red chilly powder and salt to taste. Let the mixture simmer till the fruits become soft. Thereafter, add a tablespoon of sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
