Ranchi, July 16: In an immense impetus to its communication infrastructure, Jharkhand today signed a $ 200 million (approximately Rs 920 crore) loan agreement with Asian Development Bank (ADB) for a two-lane road stretching 311km between Govindpur near Dhanbad and Sahebganj.
