While the rest of the city enjoys swanky rides on low-floor DTC buses and the Metro, people in bordering areas like Hiran Kudna, Tikri, Nizampur, Garhi Rithala and the Kirari part of North West Delhi Lok Sabha seats still commute aboard rickety DTC buses that run with irregular frequency.
