NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Thursday launched a youth portal under the Bhagidari scheme of the Delhi Government for channelising the energy of the youth towards the 11-point agenda of development envisaged for the Capital city by her.

Speaking at the launch, Ms. Dikshit said the portal will prove to be an effective bridge between young people and policy makers.
