Bhubaneswar: Big ticket steel projects of Posco-India and ArcelorMittal may be lagging behind, but mega projects of Tata Steel, Bhusan Steel and Jindal Steel & Power are progressing satisfactorily, said a review meeting of the state steel & mines department.
