Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Taj Mohi ud Din has said that the construction of barrage on river Tawi is well within the permissible limits of Indus Water Treaty (IWT).

Chairing a review meeting of irrigation canals and projects here today, the Minister said the construction of the project does not violate any of the provisions of the Indus Water Treaty.
