New Delhi:There may soon be another layer of clearance for mega projects like Posco with the Centre considering the demand that the Union tribal affairs ministry be made a mandatory clearing house for proposals which displace STs.

A committee of secretaries has been set up to look into the demand made by tribal affairs minister Kantilal Bhuria to the PM.
