PANJIM, Water Resources Department (WRD) has written to Town Country Planning (TCP) Department to amend the building bye-laws to make roof-top rain water harvesting facility mandatory for new structures.
The request to TCP comes in the wake of poor response to the Roof-Top Rainwater Harvesting Scheme of WRD.
