ITANAGAR, Oct. 29: Water in Arunachal Pradesh is aplenty but its systematized supply through the departmental taps is scarce, particularly in Abotani Colony of Itanagar. With the winter approaching, when the perennial water sources trickle down to the minimum, other colonies of the State capital also fear the worst.
