Pune Consuming 14.1 Thousand Million Cubic (TMC) water in a year when 11.5 TMC was earmarked for it, the civic administration has said that the irrigation department would have to increase the quota for the Pune Municipal Corporation in the next agreement between the two departments. The PMC had last signed an greement with the irrigation department on September 1, 2004.
