Almost coinciding with the complete phase-out of the Blueline buses, the introduction of Cluster-One low-floor buses would take place on the 32 routes of South Delhi from the end of January 2011, Delhi Transport Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely said on Monday during a demonstration of these buses at Delhi Secretariat.
