Deadline approaching; Govt, NHPC still at loggerheads
JAMMU, Apr 21: The State Government and National Hydroelectric Project Corporation (NHPC) are at loggerheads, as the Corporation has not registered any of its projects under the Jammu and Kashmir State Water Resources Management Act despite the fact that only three weeks time-frame has been left for the same.
