Itanagar: While Chief Minister Nabam Tuki sounded a red alarm on the deteriorating flood situation with unabated flood fury by nonstop heavy downpour, Bordumsa ADC Kento Riba has sought helicopter service to rescue about 300 people marooned in Vijaypur-III village in Bordumsa circle of Changlang district since midnight of June 23 after swollen Noa-Dehing river tore apart the village into two breaking its embankment.
