Ahmedabad Urban Development Association (Auda) has passed the first affordable housing scheme in the newly declared residential affordable housing (RAH) zone in Khodiyar area, which comes under Town Planning scheme - 60.

The developers, Manubhai Patel Company, have been given permission to construct 53 housing units in the zone. Each house will have a buildup of 63 square meters.
