Haryana Development And Regulation Of Urban Areas (Amendment) Act 2020 is an Act further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975. Sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:— “(4) The license so granted shall be valid for a period of five years and shall be renewable from time to time for such period, as may be prescribed not exceeding five years at a time and on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed:”.
