A study was carried out for the simulation of sediment yield from an agricultural watershed falling in laterite zone of West Bengal using event scale Modified Universal Soil Loss Equation (MUSLE).

GIS based hypometric analysis for assessment of erosion status of agricultural watersheds in laterite zone of West Bengal

Hypsometric analysis of four agricultural watersheds namely, Parga, Paharpur-1, Bhaluksunda and RK-35 falling in laterite zone of West Bengal was carried out for assessing their erosion status.
