The Joint Inspection Team has pointed out serious deficiencies in the working of this industry including need for a suitable effluent treatment system to be designed and approved by the Experts.

The Rajasthan Pollution Control Board and RIICO shall submit their report regarding status of their plan for de-sludging and cleaning the pond and drain.

Central Pollution Control Board submits that the 10 industries which were referred in their Report and the Order of the Tribunal are not only electroplating industries but they also include pharmaceutical and other industries and they are polluting industries and that is why they are required to be shut down.
