Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Haryana Vs Eros City Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Others dated 19/01/2016 regarding acquisition of land measuring 129 kanals 14 marlas in village Lakarpur, District Faridabad.

These appeals are directed against judgment and order dated 21.01.2008, passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in Civil Writ Petition No. 10611 of 2004 whereby said Court has quashed the notifications dated 08.10.2003 and 07.05.2004 issued under Sections 4 and 6 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, respectively, by the State of Haryana.
